The Challenge
Converting an old warehouse floor into a highly functional living space that preserves its industrial heritage.
Our Solution
We maintained the exposed brick walls and high ceilings, introducing custom steel partitions and warm leather accents to zone the open floor plan effectively.
"The contrast between the gritty industrial elements and the refined modern furniture is exactly what I wanted."
